Welcome to the Payment Options page of Taxitics Fiji. Here, you can find all the ways to securely pay for your taxi bookings, transfers, and airport rides. We make it simple, transparent, and safe for our customers.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
You can pay for your bookings using the following methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit Cards: Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit
- EFTPOS Payments at the point of booking
- Online Payment Gateways through secure platforms (processed in USD or FJD only)
Taxitics Fiji currently accepts payments only in USD or FJD.
2. Fees & Charges
All bookings are subject to the following fees, which are automatically included in the total price:
- Value Added Tax (VAT): 15%
- Platform Usage Fee: 15%
- Payment Processing Fee: 3%
Please note: bank charges, currency conversion differences, and international transaction fees are borne by the customer.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds are calculated after deducting VAT, Platform Usage, and Processing Fees.
- No refund is issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
4. Account & Guest Checkout
- You can choose to checkout as a guest for single bookings, or create an account to manage multiple bookings easily.
- Account holders can track payments, view booking history, and save preferred payment methods securely.
- Guests will receive a booking confirmation and payment receipt via email.
5. Payment Security
All payments on Taxitics Fiji are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways.
- Transactions are encrypted to protect your personal and payment information.
- Taxitics Fiji ensures PCI compliance for all online payments.
- Our website is developed and maintained by Daimhub, a trusted IT and web solutions provider.
6. Important Notes
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Any disputes, payment errors, or service issues are the sole responsibility of Taxitics Fiji.
- Daimhub is only responsible for the website’s development and maintenance and is not liable for bookings, payments, or service delivery.
