Quotations and rates
Taxitics offers published fixed transfer fares and driving-distance based fares where available. Fixed fares may qualify for advertised seasonal discounts; kilometer fares are calculated from the selected mapping provider’s road-distance estimate and do not receive fixed-rate seasonal discounts. Additional requested services, fees and applicable taxes should be itemised before payment.
Booking confirmation
A submitted enquiry is not necessarily an accepted transfer. Trips departing within 48 hours must be checked with our team by WhatsApp or phone before proceeding. Online payment and an order record do not override an explicit availability condition.
Changes and cancellation requests
Contact Taxitics as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Refund eligibility, timing and any non-refundable elements depend on the accepted booking terms, applicable law and the payment provider. We will confirm the approved amounts and method before processing any refund.
Pricing discrepancies
If a route cannot be priced reliably, we will request manual confirmation rather than issue an automatic charge.
